CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with the customer, preparations for a new project are set in motion.
1. Customers supply photos of candy or bar samples along with primary ingredients. We assess machine compatibility and determine necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candies and outlines the machine processing plan, which are sent for customer approval.
3. With contract confirmation and a 30% deposit secured, we commence production of the machine, ensuring timely and diligent craftsmanship.
4. Adhering to contract timelines, we finalize the machine. Videos of the production phase are shared with customers for validation. Once approved and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, the machine is meticulously cleaned, packaged, and shipped.
5. Post-delivery, our customers initiate contact, and we deploy skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
