1. Customers provide photos of candy or bar samples, along with primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machinery and determine necessary equipment, ensuring a tailored approach.
2. Our experts draft precise CAD drawings of the candy, outlining the machine process plan. These are shared with customers for approval, ensuring alignment with their vision.
3. Upon receiving a 30% deposit post-contract confirmation, our team promptly begins machine production, maintaining rigorous standards and timelines.
4. Adhering to contractual timelines, we complete the machine and provide production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we clean, pack, and prepare for shipment following receipt of the remaining 70% payment.
5. Post-delivery, our team coordinates with the customer to provide expert technician guidance, ensuring smooth installation and operation of the machine.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
