Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we embark on the exciting journey of launching a new project tailored to meet their needs.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment for production.
2. Our experts craft precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with a detailed machine process plan, which we present to our customers for their approval and confidence.
3. With the confirmation of the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, our skilled team dives into the production of the machine, ensuring every detail is perfect.
4. We pledge to complete the machine within the contract's stipulated timeframe. Throughout production, we capture and share videos with our customers to ensure satisfaction. Upon approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment after receiving the remaining balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
