CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we meticulously prepare to launch an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machinery and determine the required equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and a detailed machine process plan, presenting them to the customer for confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received, we commence the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. We adhere to the contracted timeline, completing the machine efficiently. Videos documenting the production are shared for client approval. Upon verification and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we meticulously clean, pack, and arrange shipment.
5. After delivery, customers connect with us to arrange for our skilled technicians to provide thorough guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
