1. Customers provide detailed images of candy or bar samples along with information on the main raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and outlines a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting them to customers for validation.
3. Upon contract confirmation, and with a 30% deposit secured, we initiate the production of the machine with utmost precision and care.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine and provide production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we meticulously clean and package the machine, proceeding with shipment upon receipt of the 70% balance payment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
