CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon finalizing negotiations with the customer, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers submit photos of desired candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine necessary equipment.
2. CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan are created and provided to customers for approval, ensuring all details align with their vision.
3. With the contract confirmed, a 30% deposit is secured, kicking off the meticulous production process of the machine.
4. Adhering to contractual timelines, we complete the machine while sharing production videos with clients for verification. Post-approval, the machine is cleaned, packaged, and dispatched after the receipt of the 70% balance payment.
5. Upon machine delivery, our customers engage with us, leading to the deployment of skilled technicians for comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
