CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations, we embark on a new project, setting the stage for innovation and excellence.
1. Customers provide visuals of candy or bar samples alongside primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machinery and specify the necessary equipment.
2. Our team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and meticulously outlines the machine process plan for customer approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer and a 30% deposit is secured, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. Adhering to the contractual timeline, we finalize the machine, sharing production videos for customer validation. Upon confirmation, meticulous cleaning and packing ensue. Shipment is arranged post the clearance of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon machine delivery, customers engage with us, prompting our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
