1. To kickstart the custom process, customers provide photos of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment to bring your vision to life.
2. Our expert team drafts precise CAD drawings of the desired candy, outlines a meticulous machine process plan, and presents them to customers for confirmation, ensuring every detail is meticulously aligned with expectations.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, production of the machine begins with exacting precision and adherence to high standards.
4. We diligently complete the machine production within the stipulated timeframe, documenting the journey with comprehensive videos for customer confirmation. Once approved, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we efficiently arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
