Custom process and After-Sales
Following customer negotiations, we meticulously prepare to launch new projects.
1. Customers provide samples of candies or bars along with main raw materials. We confirm machine compatibility and specify needed equipment.
2. CAD drawings of candies and a detailed machine process plan are crafted and provided to customers for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and a 30% deposit, we commence production of the machine.
4. Machine production is completed as per the contract timeline. Production videos are shared with the customer for confirmation. After clearing any queries, the machine is cleaned, packed, and prepared for shipment post receipt of the balance payment of 70%.
5. Upon machine delivery, we coordinate with customers and arrange for technicians to provide necessary guidance.
