Custom process and After-Sales
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we eagerly embark on launching the new project.
1. Customers provide us with candy or bar sample photos and main raw materials. We assess machine compatibility and determine the required equipment.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candies and formulate the machine process plan, which is then shared with customers for their approval.
3. Following contract confirmation and a 30% deposit receipt, we initiate the production of the machine.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractual timeline. Videos of the production process are sent to customers for confirmation. After approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, we arrange for shipment.
5. Once the machine is delivered, the customer contacts us, and we promptly arrange for our technicians to provide expert guidance.
After-Sales

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
