CUSTOM PROCESS
Once negotiations with the customer are successfully concluded, we eagerly prepare to embark on a new and exciting project.
1. Customers provide photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment, ensuring optimal production results.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and meticulously plans the machine process. We then present these plans to the customers for their approval, ensuring complete satisfaction.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the machine production process, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
4. We adhere to the specified contract timeframe, diligently completing the machine. Comprehensive production videos are shared with customers for validation. Post confirmation, the machine is meticulously cleaned and packaged. Once the remaining 70% balance payment is received, shipment arrangements are promptly made.
5. After the customer's receipt of the machine, they reach out to us, and we swiftly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
