CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon finalizing negotiations with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching an exciting new project.
1. Customers are invited to provide us with photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment required.
2. Our skilled team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outlines the machine process plan, presenting these to customers for their approval and satisfaction.
3. Once customers confirm the contract, a 30% deposit secures the commencement of machine production, marking the beginning of our dedicated manufacturing process.
4. Adhering strictly to contract timelines, we complete the machine, offering production videos for customer review. Upon approval, the machine is meticulously cleaned, packed, and, after receiving the remaining 70% payment, promptly shipped.
5. Post-delivery, our commitment continues as customers reach out, allowing us to arrange expert technician guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
