1. Customers provide photos of their candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess if our machines are suited for their needs and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and meticulously plan the machine process, presenting them to our customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, a 30% deposit is secured, initiating the production of your tailored machine.
4. Adhering to contractual timelines, we complete the machine, documenting the process with videos for customer validation. Once approved, we clean and securely package the machine, dispatching it upon receiving the remaining 70% payment.
5. Post-delivery, customers reach out to our support team, where our skilled technicians offer comprehensive guidance to ensure seamless integration of the equipment.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
