CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation, we diligently prepare to embark on a new project tailored to customer needs.
1. Customers provide samples or photos of candy and bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and determine necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings and a detailed machine process plan, presenting them to customers for validation and approval.
3. Following contract confirmation, we secure a 30% deposit and commence the production of the machine, ensuring strict adherence to specifications.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractually stipulated timeframe. We share production videos for customer verification. Upon customer approval, we proceed with cleaning, packaging, and, following receipt of the remaining 70% payment, arrange for shipment.
5. After the machine's arrival, the customer contacts us for assistance, and we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
