CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we set the stage for launching an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples alongside the main raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and outlines the machine process plan, which we present to customers for their approval.
3. Once the customer gives the green light with a 30% deposit, we dive into production, bringing the machine to life with precision and care.
4. We diligently complete the machine as per the contract timeline. Production videos are shared with customers for confirmation. Upon approval and clearance of the remaining 70% balance, we ensure the machine is pristine and ready for shipment.
5. Upon receipt of the machine, we coordinate with the customer to deploy our skilled technicians, providing expert guidance and ensuring smooth operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
