After reaching a mutual agreement with our esteemed customer, we eagerly prepare to embark on a new project, ensuring a seamless and rewarding collaboration.
1. Customers graciously provide us with photographs of desired candy or bar samples, along with main raw material details. We meticulously assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment requirements.
2. We meticulously craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and formulate a detailed machine process plan. These are presented to the customer for thorough review and approval.
3. Upon customer confirmation of the contract, we diligently proceed with production, having received a 30% deposit. Our commitment to quality and excellence drives us to create exceptional machines tailored to your needs.
4. Adhering to the agreed timeline, we complete the machine's production and capture detailed videos for customer validation. Once client satisfaction is achieved, we meticulously clean and securely pack the machine. Upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we coordinate shipment arrangements promptly.
5. Post-delivery, our dedicated team establishes contact with the customer to arrange for expert technician guidance, ensuring optimal usage and satisfaction with the newly acquired equipment.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
