1. Customers provide images of their candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We verify the compatibility with our machinery and identify the necessary equipment for production.

3. After the customer affirms the contract, a 30% deposit is received, marking the commencement of the machine's production journey.
4. Adhering strictly to the contract's timeline, we complete the machine's production, capturing videos for customer validation. Upon approval, we meticulously clean, pack, and, after receiving the remaining 70% balance payment, coordinate the shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
