CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching innovative new projects.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples alongside the main raw materials. We then assess machine compatibility and determine the necessary equipment requirements.
2. Our experts create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and formulate a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting these to customers for their approval.
3. Post-contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit and swiftly commence machine production, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
4. Upon completion, within the agreed timeframe, we document the production process via video for customer validation. Following approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, proceed with shipping after receiving the 70% balance payment.
5. Upon machine reception by the customer, we promptly arrange for our skilled technicians to offer thorough guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
