CUSTOM PROCESS
Following a successful negotiation with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching new and exciting projects tailored to their needs.
1. Our customers share images of their desired candy samples or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We meticulously verify the compatibility of our advanced machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy, accompanied by a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting them to our customers for approval and reassurance.
3. Upon receiving the customer's confirmation of the contract and a 30% deposit, our production process kicks into gear, initiating the creation of the machine with precision.
4. Our commitment ensures the machine is completed within the contractually agreed timeframe. We document this process with detailed videos for customer validation. Once approved, the machine is meticulously cleaned and packed. Upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we swiftly arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
