CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we meticulously prepare to embark on an exciting new project.
1. Customers share photos of candy or bar samples, alongside primary raw materials. We assess the suitability of our machines and identify the necessary equipment to ensure the best possible outcome.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and devise a comprehensive machine process plan for customer approval, ensuring complete alignment and satisfaction.
3. Following contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. We diligently complete the machine within the agreed timeframe, providing video documentation of the production process for customer validation. Upon customer approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine. Shipment is arranged after receiving the remaining 70% payment.
5. Once the customer receives the machine, we promptly arrange for our expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and support, ensuring seamless integration into their production process.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
