1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples, alongside the main raw materials. We then verify the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment for production.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy design and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, which we share with customers for their feedback and confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, we proceed with the production after receiving a 30% deposit. Our skilled team promptly begins crafting the machine to the highest standards.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contract's specified timeframe. To ensure transparency, we provide video updates of the production process for customer approval. Upon confirmation, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is then arranged following the receipt of the remaining 70% balance.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
