CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customers, we meticulously prepare to embark on a new project journey.
1. Customers provide visual representations of their desired candy or bar samples along with key raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and identify the specific equipment requirements.
2. Our skilled designers craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plan, which are then presented to the customers for approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, we proceed with receiving a 30% deposit and initiate the production of the machine, ensuring a seamless start to the process.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine's production. Comprehensive production videos are shared with customers for verification. Upon customer confirmation and after the final 70% balance is received, we meticulously clean, pack, and dispatch the machine.
5. Following the machine's delivery, customers reach out to us, and we coordinate professional technical guidance, fostering ongoing support and satisfaction.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
