Upon successful negotiations with our esteemed customers, we embark on launching an exciting new project.
1. Customers send us photos of their candy or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We then verify equipment compatibility and determine the necessary machinery components.
2. We create precise CAD drawings for the candy and meticulously draft the machine process plan, presenting these to the customers for their approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, we receive a 30% deposit to commence production. Our commitment to quality and timeliness ensures seamless progress.
4. We complete the machine build within the contractual timeline, capturing video evidence of production stages for customer verification. After customer approval, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Following receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we promptly schedule shipment.
5. Post-delivery, our customers reach out for support, and we swiftly arrange for our skilled technicians to provide comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
