CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with our valued customers, we commence the planning for an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide detailed images of candy or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machinery and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candies, along with a detailed machine process plan for the customer's review and approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer and a 30% deposit is received, we initiate the production of the machine, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
4. The machine is completed within the timeframe outlined in the contract. We provide video documentation of the production process for customer confirmation. Once approved and with the remaining 70% payment settled, we proceed with cleaning, packaging, and arranging for shipment.
5. Upon the machine's arrival, our customer reaches out to us, and we promptly deploy skilled technicians to offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
