After constructive discussions, we embark on launching a new project tailored to your needs.
1. Customers provide images of candy or bar samples and main ingredients, enabling us to confirm machine compatibility and necessary equipment for your specific requirements.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, presented to you for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence machine production with utmost precision.
4. Adhering to the contractual timeline, we complete the machine fabrication. We provide you with production videos for validation. Once you confirm satisfaction, we proceed to clean, pack, and after receiving the remaining 70% payment, arrange for shipment.
5. Post-delivery, our team coordinates with you to provide expert guidance and technical assistance for seamless integration into your operations.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
