CUSTOM PROCESS
Our streamlined process begins after fruitful negotiations, setting the stage for a successful new project launch.
1. Customers share visuals of candy or bar samples, along with key raw materials. We assess compatibility and equipment needs, ensuring our machines meet your requirements.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and develop a meticulous machine process plan, which we present to customers for their confirmation and approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, a 30% deposit is received, allowing us to commence production of your bespoke machine.
4. Adhering to contract timelines, we complete the machine and provide detailed production videos for customer review. Once confirmed, we clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Post-delivery, our expert technicians are on standby to offer guidance, ensuring seamless integration and operation of your new machine.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
