Upon reaching an agreement with our esteemed customers, we meticulously prepare to embark on the launch of an exciting new project.
1. Customers provide us with images of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment to meet their needs.
2. Our experts create precise CAD drawings of the candy and detailed machine process plans, which we share with customers for their approval and peace of mind.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and we receive a 30% deposit, our dedicated team initiates the machine production process with utmost efficiency and care.
4. We guarantee timely completion of the machine as per the contract. We document the production process via video for customer validation. Post-confirmation and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we ensure the machine is thoroughly cleaned, carefully packed, and promptly shipped.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
