CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiations, we embark on launching an exciting new project tailored to our client's needs.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We evaluate the feasibility of using our machines and ascertain the necessary equipment.
2. We proceed to craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and devise a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting them to our clients for their approval.
3. Following contract confirmation, we collect a 30% deposit, marking the commencement of the machine production process.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine production and share production videos for client confirmation. Upon approval, we ensure thorough cleaning and packing of the machine. Shipment is arranged post receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. After the machine arrives, we promptly assist the client by arranging expert technician guidance to ensure seamless implementation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
