After in-depth negotiations with our valued customers, we diligently prepare to initiate new and exciting projects.
1. Upon receiving photos of candy or bar samples and key raw materials from our customers, we evaluate the compatibility of our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy, alongside a comprehensive machine process plan, and present these to our customers for thorough confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and we receive a 30% deposit, our team promptly begins the meticulous production of the machine.
4. We adhere to the contract timeline to complete the machine, providing production videos for customer review. Following confirmation of satisfaction, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is scheduled upon receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon the machine's arrival, our customers reach out to us, and we efficiently coordinate to provide expert technical guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
