CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching a mutual agreement with the customer, we embark on launching an exciting new project.
1. Customers share images of candy samples or bar samples along with the primary raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and charts out the machine process plan, which we present to the customers for their approval.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, we request a 30% deposit and commence the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. We adhere to the contract timeline, completing the machine efficiently. We share production videos with customers for transparency and confirmation. Upon approval, we meticulously clean and securely pack the machine. After the remaining 70% balance is received, we arrange for prompt shipment.
5. Following the machine's arrival, the customer contacts us, and we promptly dispatch our skilled technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
