1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples along with primary raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and identify necessary equipment.

3. With contract confirmation and a 30% deposit received, we promptly commence the meticulous production of your machine.
4. Adhering to contractual timelines, we complete the machine production and provide video evidence for customer approval. Post confirmation, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is arranged upon receiving the remaining 70% balance.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine.
