CUSTOM PROCESS
Once an agreement is reached with the customer, we eagerly commence preparations to launch the new project.
1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples and specify the main raw materials. We then assess equipment compatibility and requirements.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, which we present to the customer for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. Adhering to contract timelines, we complete the machine and provide production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we clean, pack, and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, arrange for shipment.
5. Upon delivery, our customer support team is ready to assist, arranging for technicians to provide expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
