CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation with our valued customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on an exciting new project, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
1. Customers are encouraged to share photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with the primary raw materials. We then meticulously evaluate the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment for optimal production.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and outline the machine process plan, which are then shared with customers for their approval and collaboration.
3. Once the contract is confirmed by the customer, we receive a 30% deposit and promptly commence the production of the machinery, adhering to high standards of quality and precision.
4. We guarantee the completion of the machine within the contractual timeframe, documenting the entire production process through video. Upon customer approval, we meticulously clean and package the machine. Shipment is arranged upon receipt of the remaining 70% balance, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
