CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations, we embark on launching a new, promising project.
1. Customers share photos of desired candy or bar samples along with main raw materials. We determine equipment compatibility and requirements, paving the way for a customized solution.
2. We craft precise CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans, sharing them with customers for their valuable feedback and confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received, we commence the meticulous production of the machine, ensuring every detail is tailored to perfection.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the agreed timeframe. Customers receive detailed production videos for approval. Upon customer satisfaction, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, scheduling shipment post-receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon receiving the machine, our customers reach out to us, and we promptly arrange for expert technicians to provide comprehensive guidance and ensure seamless integration into their production process.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
