CUSTOM PROCESS
After strategic negotiations with clients, we diligently prepare to initiate new and exciting projects.
1. Clients provide sample photos of candies or bars along with essential raw materials. We then confirm machine compatibility and determine necessary equipment.
2. Our expert team creates precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with a detailed machine process plan, which is then presented to the client for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we commence the meticulous production of the machine.
4. Aligned with contract timelines, we complete the machine and capture production videos for client verification. Post-validation, we meticulously clean and package the machine, scheduling shipment post-receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Once the machine arrives, the client contacts us to schedule a session where our skilled technicians offer comprehensive guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
