Following fruitful negotiations with our clients, we embark on launching pioneering new projects.
1. Customers supply images of their candy or bar samples along with primary ingredients. We swiftly assess machine compatibility and determine required equipment.
2. Our experts craft precise CAD drawings for the candy, alongside detailed machine process plans, which are then sent to the customers for their approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, production of the machine begins immediately.
4. We adhere to the contract timeline, capturing production videos for customer verification. Once approved, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is arranged post confirmation of the remaining 70% balance payment.
5. Post-delivery, customers can directly contact us to coordinate assistance from our expert technicians, ensuring seamless operational guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
