CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon reaching an agreement with the customer, we meticulously prepare to embark on launching an exciting new project.
1. Customers are invited to provide images of candy or bar samples alongside the main raw materials. We then assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy, along with a comprehensive machine process plan, presenting them to customers for approval.
3. Once the contract is finalized and a 30% deposit is secured, we initiate the production of the machine, ensuring a smooth start to the project.
4. Our commitment is to complete the machine within the timeframe established in the contract. We provide customers with production videos for confirmation. Upon agreement, we meticulously clean and pack the machine, arranging shipment post receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. After the machine is received, our customer-centric approach continues as we organize for our skilled technicians to offer comprehensive guidance to the customer.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
