Following productive negotiations with our clientele, we enthusiastically prepare to embark on new projects, ensuring each endeavor is tailored to meet specific customer needs.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples alongside the primary raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machinery and determine the necessary equipment for production.
2. Our expert team crafts detailed CAD drawings of the candy and develops a comprehensive machine process plan. We then submit these plans to the customer for approval, ensuring alignment with their vision.
3. Upon the customer's confirmation of the contract, we proceed with a 30% deposit, marking the commencement of the machine's production. Our commitment to timeliness and quality is unwavering.
4. We complete the machine within the contractually agreed timeframe and provide the customer with production videos for confirmation. Once the customer is satisfied, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% payment, we promptly arrange for shipment.

A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar.
