CUSTOM PROCESS
Commencing a new project follows a meticulous process of negotiation and preparation with our esteemed customers.
1. Customers submit photos of candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and determine necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candies and detailed machine process plans, which are then submitted to customers for approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production process of the machine with precision.
4. We adhere to the contractual timeline to complete the machine, documenting the process with videos for customer review. After approval, the machine is cleaned, packed, and shipped upon receiving the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon machine delivery, customers reach out to us for post-purchase support, and we promptly dispatch technicians for comprehensive guidance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
