CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations, we enthusiastically embark on launching our innovative new project.
1. Customers provide detailed photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the necessary equipment to meet their requirements.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and formulate a comprehensive machine process plan, which we share with customers for their approval.
3. Upon confirmation of the contract and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the production of the machine with precision and dedication.
4. Adhering to the timeline in the contract, we complete the machine and provide customers with production videos for verification. Once approved, we meticulously clean, pack the machine, and upon receiving 70% of the balance payment, proceed with shipment arrangements.
5. After the machine is delivered, our customer service team coordinates with the client to dispatch skilled technicians for expert guidance and support.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
