Custom process and After-Sales
After negotiation with the customer, we prepare to launch a new project, ensuring all specifications are meticulously planned and executed.
1. Customers provide photos of candy samples or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We confirm whether our machines can be used and determine what equipment is needed, ensuring a perfect fit for your production needs.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan and provide them to customers for confirmation, ensuring every detail meets your expectations.
3. Once the customer confirms the contract, we receive a 30% deposit, and production of the machine begins, marking the start of a seamless manufacturing journey.
4. We complete the machine within the time stipulated in the contract, taking videos of the production process to confirm with customers. After the customer confirms there is no issue, we clean and pack the machine. Upon receiving the remaining 70% balance payment, shipment is arranged.
