1. Customers provide detailed photographs of candy or bar samples, alongside main raw material specifications. We assess compatibility with our machinery and identify necessary equipment.
2. Our skilled team crafts precise CAD drawings of the candy and outlines the machine process plan. These are presented to the customer for approval, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
3. Upon contract confirmation, a 30% deposit is received, which signals the commencement of machine production, executed with precision and care.
4. Production is completed within the agreed timeline. We provide comprehensive videos of the machine's production process for customer review. Once confirmed, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Shipment is arranged after receiving the residual 70% payment, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
