CUSTOM PROCESS
Following successful negotiations with our clients, we embark on the launch of an exciting new project.
1. Clients provide us with images of their candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials, allowing us to assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously draw CAD illustrations of the candy and machine process plan, presenting them to clients for approval.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, we secure a 30% deposit and initiate the production process for the machinery.
4. We guarantee completion of the machine within the agreed timeline. Production videos are shared with clients for approval. Upon confirmation and following receipt of the remaining 70% payment, we clean, pack, and arrange shipment of the machine.
5. Post-delivery, our clients can reach out to us, upon which we will promptly arrange technical support for guidance and assistance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
