CUSTOM PROCESS
Following in-depth negotiations with our valued customers, we embark on launching innovative new projects.
1. Customers share photos of candy or bar samples along with their primary raw materials. We then assess whether our machinery fits the requirement and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and devise a detailed machine process plan, which we then present to customers for validation and approval.
3. Upon contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit and initiate the production process for the machine.
4. We adhere to the contract timeline to complete the machinery, capturing production videos for customer confirmation. Once affirmed and the machine is cleaned and packed, we proceed with shipment post receipt of the remaining 70% balance.
5. Upon the machine's arrival, the customer reaches out to us, and we promptly organize technical support for guidance and assistance.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
