1. Upon receiving photos of candy or bar samples along with the main raw materials from customers, we assess compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. We meticulously craft CAD drawings of the candies and the machine process plan, which are then shared with customers for their valuable confirmation.
3. Once the contract is confirmed and a 30% deposit is received, we commence the production of the machine with precision and care.
4. Adhering to the contract timeline, we complete the machine and provide video documentation of the production process for customer approval. Upon receiving confirmation and a 70% balance payment, we proceed with cleaning, packaging, and shipping arrangements.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
