CUSTOM PROCESS
Upon successful negotiation, we gear up to embark on an exciting new project with our customer.
1. Customers share images of candy or bar samples along with the main ingredients. We assess compatibility with our machines and determine necessary equipment.
2. We create precise CAD drawings of the candy and the machine process plan, submitting them to customers for approval.
3. Once the customer has confirmed the contract, we receive a 30% deposit and commence production of the machine.
4. The machine is completed within the agreed timeline. We share production videos for customer approval. Upon approval and receipt of the 70% balance payment, we clean, pack, and ship the machine.
5. Post-delivery, customers reach out to us, and we promptly organize technical guidance to ensure smooth installation and operation.
Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that. Due to changes in candy, it may be necessary to replace the accessories of the packaging machine or the packaging machine.
