CUSTOM PROCESS
Following fruitful negotiations with our valued customers, we eagerly prepare to embark on exciting new projects that meet their unique needs.
1. Customers provide us with images of candy or bar samples, along with the main raw materials. We assess compatibility with our machines and identify the necessary equipment.
2. We craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and develop a comprehensive machine process plan, which are then presented to customers for their insightful feedback and confirmation.
3. Upon the customer's contract confirmation, we receive a 30% deposit and promptly initiate the production process for the machine, setting the stage for timely delivery.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contract's stipulated timeframe. We document the production process with videos for customer review. Once affirmed by the customer, we meticulously clean and pack the machine. Following receipt of the remaining 70% balance payment, we arrange for immediate shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
