CUSTOM PROCESS

1. Customers are invited to provide photos of candy or bar samples alongside main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the requisite equipment needed for your specific requirements.
2. We meticulously draft CAD drawings of the candy, along with a detailed machine process plan, which are then presented to customers for their approval and confirmation.
3. Upon customer confirmation of the contract, we gratefully receive a 30% deposit, initiating the production of your tailor-made machine.
4. Our adept team completes the machine production within the agreed contractual timeframe. Videos documenting the machine's creation are shared with customers for approval. Once confirmed problem-free, we meticulously clean and securely pack the machine. Following receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we promptly arrange for shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
