CUSTOM PROCESS
Once negotiations with our customers are finalized, we embark on an exciting journey to launch a groundbreaking new project.
1. Customers provide us with images of candy or bar samples alongside the main raw materials. We assess the compatibility of our machines and determine the required equipment, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
2. We create detailed CAD drawings of the candy and the precise machine process plan, which are then shared with customers for their approval, ensuring clarity and precision.
3. Upon contract confirmation and receipt of a 30% deposit, we initiate the meticulous production of the machine, adhering to the highest standards.
4. We commit to completing the machine within the contractually agreed timeframe. Throughout production, we provide detailed videos for customer confirmation. Once the customer affirms satisfaction, we meticulously clean, pack, and upon receiving the remaining 70% balance, arrange for prompt shipment.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
