1. Customers provide us with photos of candy or bar samples and specify the main raw materials. We evaluate compatibility with our machines and determine the necessary equipment.
2. Our experts craft detailed CAD drawings of the candy and machine process plans for customer approval, ensuring every detail meets their expectations.
3. Once the contract is confirmed, we proceed with a 30% deposit, initiating the production process with precision and dedication.
4. We adhere to the timeline specified in the contract, completing the machine with care and precision. Production videos are shared with customers for validation. Upon approval and receipt of the remaining 70% balance, we meticulously clean, pack, and dispatch the machine.

Q1. Can one of your machines make many kinds of candy or bars?
A: Our machines fall into two main categories. Candy production line and bar production line. The core machine of the candy/lollipop production line is the molding machine. For example, hard candy forming machine, lollipop forming machine, etc. Hard candy production line can replace the mold of candy forming machine. To make different shapes of sugar. The lollipop production line can replace the forming machine mold to produce lollipops of different specifications and shapes. It should be noted that.
